Hoverboard Reviews About the Smart Balance Wheel

Call it whatever names – electric scooter, self-balancing, hoverboard or smart balance wheel – we can surely know we’re still on the same page. Maybe because of its much popularity they gained a lot of names whatever’s comfortable to a person. It does not only become famous because of “explosion” controversy (but did help), this amazing toy or say personal transport is very fun to ride. You can’t just say no to it.

Yes, we heard you! We know you can’t just browse over the net and buy the hoverboard you like without knowing its safety, specifications and most importantly their reviews. Here we show you which smart balance wheels have the best reviews for 2017.

1.       Razor Hovertrax 2.0 – has a training mode so you’d have a time to get used to it before you switch it back, has a responsive control and smooth deceleration with a battery life of 60 mins. Also comes in variety of colors.

2.       Swagtron T3 – with a speed of up to 8 mph and remains charged for 7-12 miles, with bluetooth speaker, with Learning mode which reduces speed for beginners, faster battery charging

3.       Swagtron T1 – 90 minutes ride time, has a rolling stop feature same with T3, no bluetooth and additional reinforced protective casing compared to T3, less grippy wheels same with T3 and hard balancing for taller riders. Cheaper than T3 obviously.

4.       Epikgo Self-Balancing Scooter – has an 8.5” all-terrain wheels, IP56 casing, 10mph speed with dual 400W motors, no beginners mode but easy to learn, 60 min. battery life and can pretty much handle abusive owners compared to other hoverboards.

5.       Hoverzon XLS Self-Balancing Hoverboard – battery is protected with multiple shock-absorbing layers, has built-in bluetooth speaker, a wide array of LED lights and wider anti-slip foot pedals for larger feet, a little over 60 mins. battery life. This has 3 modes: training mode, standard mode and pro mode.

6.       Segway miniPro – with 10.5” inflatable tires for good grip on uneven surfaces, has a foldout knee control bar for great stabilizer for long rides, has an automatic speed limiter, has a lot of extra features in its app including anti-theft alarm and a little bit pricey. This one is not handy to carry around.

7.       Powerboard by HOVERBOARD – one of the most popular board for being low priced but has almost everything you might need including an up to 6 hours battery life due to its larger batteries with max speed of 6mph but with  safety limiter. This has no beginner mode.

8.       Skque X1 – has 6.5”, 8” or 10” wheel, no training mode, has a bluetooth speaker and faster battery charging.

For now, at least you’d know which brand to trust and in case it has not been reviewed yet but you still kept eyeing that smart balance wheel hoverboard, the best practical thing to do is to check the label and look for the original UL Certification sticker. It might also help if you trust the store and if the store is American owned and operated (since you’d know they highly value quality over quantity) just like Hoverboard Scooter.
