For a hundredth time, everyone is being informed and advised to choose the safest hoverboard. After the controversial recall of unimaginable numbers of hoverboards in the market from known brands due to its safety issue, it’s enough to warn everyone that it’s not of something we can just ignore. We’re just glad though that we have no airing customers coming to us complaining about any safety issues of our products. As much as we’re confident that we have the highest quality standards, it’s apparent that we’ll be affected with the issue and so we share to everyone from the market and consumers what we know and are aware of.
If you’re looking for the really good non-explosive hoverboard models, which of course you will, we’re here to help. Authorities made efforts to address this and so UL Certification is passed. With the UL back up, both the manufacturers and customers are well aware that the unit is 100% safe… electrical safe.
With this, we did a little bit of research from other brands to check their reputation and safety level of awareness. Here’s a list of what we found:
- The Segway MiniPro, a pretty large hoverboard with a special “knee control bar”
- 100SCOOTER Non Explosive balance Hoverboard scooter
- Swagtron’s T1 and T3
- CHIC Eyourlife Electric Self Balancing Scooter
- EPIKGO SPORT Balance Board Self Balance Scooter Hover Self-Balancing Board
- EPIKGO SPORTS PLUS Balance Board Self Hover Smart Boards
- HOVERZON Electric Self-Balancing Hoverboard
- Powerboard by Hoverboard Self Balancing Scooter
- HOVERBOARDS by HOVERBOARD SCOOTERS
One thing that is very important that you have to check aside from the manufacturer’s claim of being UL Certified is the unit itself as well as the charger if it has the original hologram logo for UL certification. And for additional precaution, buy hoverboards from a store that has a great reputation.
